FAQ
What time do you usually photograph?
I choose to photograph during either sunset or sunrise. You can choose which works for you, pending my availability. The lighting is softer than when the sun is higher in the sky. The period of time right after sunrise and shortly before sunset is called the golden hour. During this period of time there are no sharp shadows. I find the lighting to be magical and it helps me produce the best images.
What is the 30% deposit for?
The 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and it is to confirm & secure your session. Once you sign the contract, the non-refundable deposit is due immediately. It goes towards the amount of your full session. The remaining balance is due 1 day prior to photoshoot.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all of your high-resolution photos within a maximum of 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph you or your family). You can download all of the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Southern California, in the town of San Clemente. I will suggest and provide you with locations within a 30 mile radius of San Clemente. I will travel for sessions based upon my availability. A travel fee of $50+ will be added to your session if 30+ miles away.

Extra Fees & discounts:
*There will be an additional $150 upcharge for extended family members, per extended family group, i.e. grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.
Some locations, such as state beaches and wilderness parks, charge a parking fee and you are responsible for your own parking fee if the location chosen charges a fee to park.
A $50+ travel fee will be added to your session if 30+ miles away from San Clemente, but still within 80 miles.
Additional travel fees for locations over 80+ miles to cover travel expenses. Please inquire with destination information for an exact quote.
Additional images: $20 - You may have the opportunity to purchase additional images when I send your gallery for preview.

Where can we print our images?
I have an online store through my website here on Pixieset and you can access it when you receive your gallery OR I recommend using Mpix.com to print great quality photos.
Information to know:
All images are hand-picked and hand edited.
I will provide location suggestions & styling guidance/tips upon booking.
I will not alter any bodies, features or clothing. Please use sunscreen prior to session as I will not edit any tan lines or sunburns.
